How long until I get my stats?
Analysis runs overnight after the upload. A game uploaded in the evening is ready the next morning, before your next practice.
What gear do I need?
The gear you already have. A phone is enough for events and tempo; a telescopic mast or a drone unlocks distances, physical stats and tactics. See our filming tips.
Do I have to tag the game?
No. UFStats proposes, you confirm. Only uncertain events are shown to you, a few minutes per game.
How are players identified?
At the start of some points you link detected players to names on your roster. The system remembers them afterwards. There is no facial recognition.
What if my video quality is poor?
Any video is accepted. Stats that can't be computed reliably are shown with a lock and the reason, rather than a dubious number.
What about youth teams?
Youth mode is on by default for minors: profiles are never public, progress and contributions come first, and there is no ranking of mistakes.
Who owns the videos and data?
Your team does. You can export everything at any time and request deletion. Data is never sold.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime from the billing settings. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
